We use Australia Post to send your packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed, however in most cases your order will be packed and sent the next business day. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 2-5 workings days via Australia Post and in some cases up to 10 working days (ie: Perth & Rural locations) Bebe Designs cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Incorrect or Returned Parcels
If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
