DELAYED PARCELS
We use Aus Post here at Bebe Designs and have been informed that are experiencing an extreme increase in parcel delivery and the increase has put quite a big delay on their turn around time. Unfortunately, your parcel might take up to a week extra depending on where you are located in Australia.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
All parcels are automatically given 'Authority to leave', this comes after Aus Post have expressed that signatures will no longer be required for parcel delivery, to minimise contact and prevent potential COVID-19 transmission. Please ensure you are having your parcel delivered to an address with a safe space to leave the parcel if you are not home.
NO EXPRESS SHIPPING
Aus Post has removed all Express Post guarantees and is no longer offering next day delivery. This is still the fastest way to have your order delivered as Express Post is still a priority.
